Bunyip is a charming Gippsland town located 81 km south-east of Melbourne's CBD within the Shire of Cardinia, with a population of approximately 3,131. This old railway town features a strong cafe culture, artisan bakers and butchers, and welcoming pubs and cafes.

Named after the mythical Australian creature, Bunyip sits at the edge of the historic Koo Wee Rup swamp area and offers a relaxed rural atmosphere with connections to Victoria's scenic Gippsland region.
