Minyip is a town in the Wimmera region of Victoria, Australia, 320 kilometres north west of Melbourne. It is in the Shire of Yarriambiack local government area.
Known as "Heart of the Wheat Belt", this historic farming community features untouched historic buildings, the most significant of which is the remarkably beautiful St John's Lutheran church. Minyip is celebrated for being the place where the Flying Doctors television series was made.
