Unknown Parkes Hotel and Unknown Sydney Pub

I think your site is great I am looking for the name of a hotel on Quay Street Sydney it was between the First and Last
and the Ship Inn can you help please.
Also The unknown Pub you have listed in Parkes N.S.W was the Star Hotel my parents owned it cira 1960.
