There has been a Star Hotel on this site
since the 1870's. This hotel was built in 1916 and closed as an hotel in 1973.
It is now the Historic Star Lodge B&B & Restaurant.
Featured as a watermark in the 2009 on (N Series) Australian passport. Pic reversed. Possibly the only Pub to do so.
