George Tavern

"Formally known as the George & Dragon Tavern) has been a part of the East Maitland Landscape for over 28 years. (as at 2010).

The George refurbishment is now complete with many additions such as a 2 new undercover outdoor decks off the main bar, totally renovated main bar, renovated lounge area, refurbished Bistro including a larger outdoor dining area and a cosy fireplace in our new Bistro Lounge area plus a brand new function room and the much needed kids room. Throughout this planning stage, the owners have been mindful to keep the "relaxed feel" of the current Tavern.
