"It was known as the Metropolitan Hotel until the original building burnt down in mysterious circumstances in the late 70's or early 80's. The building has had a few names; The Tavern, Joe's Garage and another which escapes me. Obviously now known as the Waratah." - Simon Morris. Cheers Simon
