Walhalla Lodge Hotel
The Wally Pub remains the last licenced hotel in the town. The Pub offers great hearty meals, and has a friendly open atmosphere to enjoy a drink in the bar.
Famous for its ingenuity in remaining open for business, even in times when the local town had no power, and the local fridges went on the blink, the Wally entrusted its cache of beer to the cool stream running thru the town opposite - the locals didn't go without a cold beer!
Deb and Bob will welcome visitors anytime to share stories of this great historic town. (Closed Tuesdays)

The town is the centre of Walhalla Historic Area and the start of the 650 km Australian Alps Walking Track to the ACT.
The view down to the town from the tramway walk is a 'must-do' walk. (30 minute walk)
