The Steampacket Hotel was established in 1967 near the banks of the beautiful Clyde river. Only 15 minutes from Batemans Bay and 20 minutes from the coast. This Pub has a brilliant selection of Pubobilia and old photo's and plenty of locals with a story to tell. Huge grassed areas and tables outside to enjoy the South Coast weather and a big open fire inside for the winter evenings.
For Lunch or Dinner, the Steampacket Hotel Bar and Grill is well known to travellers. The lunch menu features a selection of great value Pub tucker with Kids meals from $5.50. At night the Menu highlights the range of seafood dishes to choose including the famous local Nelligen Oysters. Dine in the Restaurant or in the Beer Garden under the Sails with table service and a good selection of wines to choose from

Former Steam Packet Hotel No.3,

This building was built as a cheese factory and was converted to a hotel in 1925.

It was closed as an hotel in 1966 and the licence was transferred to the current Steam Packet Hotel (No.4)
