Pub history abounds with readers - what's your query?

10 January 2017

In the last year, we've had lots of enquiries, not all of them made public, by readers who are interested in the history of a pub that their ancestors had some involvement in. This is a tricky research question, but one that we enjoy getting involved in, when our contributors have a chance to do so - that's a condition, please!

But when a reader poses an interesting question about 'who owned what', and 'which pub was that', it really does bring a pubs existence to our attention, especially if it is one that we've overlooked in our own research!

So, feel free to drop a line, with details of the pub you're seeking information on, to and we'll see if we can throw some light on it.

We're always keen to see the history of a pub fully documented - that's part of what we're all about!

Have a top year, and enjoy a few GDAY pubtrails (pubtrails.com.au) while you're travelling Oz!

Cheers
