Linville Hotel

The Pioneer was originally built in 1892 at Kannangur (esk shire) and was called Kannangur Hotel. Canungra changed its name to Yimbum as it conflicted with Canungra in the hinterland so the Pub became the Yimbum Hotel.
It has moved 4 times, finally in two parts to Linville with William Wallace as the Licensee. You can feel the history in the pub and see it on the walls with great Pubobilia.
The Pub has been known to put on a band for Group Bookings. And you might even meet "Woodsey" the friendly ghost who has a habit of rearranging things.
