Overlooking historic Encounter Bay and the Southern Ocean. A short drive from Cape Jervis and the ferry to Kangaroo Island.

A stepping point to the Coorong National Park.

All three Harbor's in South Australia are spelt without a 'u'.
It can be surmised from all of South Australian Harbour's being spelt without a 'u' that it originated probably from a spelling error made by an early Surveyor General of South Australia.

Was knopwn asPort Victor until 1921. In 1921 due to the similarity of the name to Port Victoria on the Yorke Peninsula was changed to Victor Harbor.
