We are getting quite a lot of people who come for the weekend, stay upstairs and have dinner and breakfast over the weekend.
We have a very high quality restaurant which was a finalist for the AHA Best Country Restaurant Awards in 2001 & 2002 and 2003. We are able to cater for large functions for either cocktail or alacarte menus. Our Restaurant hours sre in the facilities table

The keen observer will notice the out-of-place applied 'motel' sign - indicating that the pub's motel was a addition in later times.

Former Royal Hotel

Formerly the Royal Hotel, that was closed approximately 13 years ago.

Now the Walcha Royal Cafe.

The cafe still retains the saloon bar that the cafe meals and coffees are now served from. The pub heritage has been sympathetically retained in the café
makeover. It is also a B & B establishment.

Unknown Former Pub

Closed pub in Fitzroy Street Walcha. No further details known. This former
watering hole is only a couple of doors down from the RSL club in town,
which may indicate why it met a closure fate.

Does anyone know the name of this Former Pub in its Heyday? Thanks Ed
