One of the true 'back country pubs' which has stood the test of time, and still remains the 'hub' of the vast Western Lands Division of NSW, between Balranald and Ivanhoe.

The famous bar, with its hugh central open fire place, character filled "shearing board" mural, and many local artefacts displayed around the walls has been home to many a trapper, teamster, drover, shearer, truckie, mailman, traveller and station family and staff over the past 128 years.
Also now the home to many a woodcutter, backpacker and paliantologist (enroute to Mungo NP) all met with a warm smile and cold beer by the accommodating and friendly staff at the pub.

A range of meals are served including special theme nights. These themes can change mid stream due to the availability of specialist ingredients and the alcoholic state of the cook.

Camping Accommodation The adjacent campground offers a range of accommodation from grassed tent sites, cabins with cooking facilities, on site vans, powered van sites and backpacker style rooms. Accommodation is reasonable priced with the air-conditioned backpacker rooms which accommodate 2 persons starting @ $15 per head and this includes walls. Swag sites are complimentary (free).
