On the River banks of the mighty Nambucca River is where you will find the Historic Star Hotel. The original building still forms part of this terrific old Pub with its 14 ft ceilings and some original copper mould ceilings still in place.
The current renovations have added a fine bistro. Publican Peter has made the best use of the brilliant river views by opening a verandah restaurant on the first floor. Facing north, diners enjoy the sunsets and the sea breeze. The menus' feature fresh seafood and awesome T bones. During the renovations the old fireplace was unearthed so bring on winter. Throw in the friendly ghost and you have it, the Star Hotel.
