"Built in 1859, we have owned it for 23 years during which it has undergone a huge amount of work, expensive and therefore it is taking a while. It has not been closed a day since we bought it (or before that).

Our kitchen, dining room and beer gardern are due to open before xmas 2007 with accommodation and function room to follow within the next 2 years.

The hotel has featured on the front page of Country Style magazine, the movies the Year My Voice Broke and in the opening scene of Flirting."
