Former Termo Hotel

The historic hotel was destroyed by an explosion that blew out doors and windows on January 12 last year (2005).
Police later confirmed that the fire was arson.
Ed Malouf sold the liquor licence to a Sydney buyer.
He sold the site to a syndicate of local investors.
They (residents)called for the hotel to either be rebuilt or to be replaced by a building with a similar heritage design.
